Our funny and silly mother passed December 29, 2021 after a long decline with dementia. Born July 29, 1931, to Mildred and Harry Moore. She is preceded in death by husband, Larry K. Phelps, Brother, Austin and her sister-in-law, Ruby. She leaves behind two daughters, Kay Brewster (Ron) of Marana and Laura McComas of Kasson MN, Minnesota, Nephew, Lance Moore (Lori) of LeSage, West Virginia. Also surviving are three grandchildren and six great-grands.
We will have a short memorial at East Lawn Palms Ossuary; date and time to be determined.
