

Diann E. Fisher 75, of Lacey Washington passed away peacefully on November 1, 2022 at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA. Diann E. Roling was born November 19th, 1946 at Saint Joseph's Hospital to Cornelius (Bud) Roling and Bernadine Roling. She grew up on a farm in Salem, SD where she had a love for animals and working on the farm. She attended Saint Mary’s school grades 1-12 in Salem and then attended nursing school at Saint Joseph’s School of Nursing.
She met her husband, Richard, while she was in San Francisco and they were married May 31, 1969. Soon after they moved to Venice, CA. From there they moved on to West Palm Beach FL where they were blessed with 2 sons, Rich and Jason. After many moves they settled in Tumwater, Washington where Diann worked as a nurse at Providence St. Peter Hospital for 30 years.
She enjoyed working in her flower and vegetable gardens. Dancing on a Saturday night was the highlight of her week. Her pride and joy was her family Rich, Dorthe, Emily and Allison Fisher and Jason and Sonya Fisher. Her husband, Rich, passed away in 1992. She continued on with her work, travels and spending time with family. She was re-married to Chuck Clark in 1998 and they remained together until her passing.
She is survived by her husband Chuck and her sons Rich and Jason, daughters-in-law Dorthe and Sonya and grand daughters Emily and Allison. Also her brother Barney and sister-in-law Gail Roling, sister Vivian and brother-in-law Jack Sabers and Lyle and Marlene Westhoff with many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
A Memorial Service will begin at 12:00 pm on Thursday November 10th, 2022 at Mills and Mills Funeral Chapel, Tumwater Washington.
