She was born to Nikolaus and Frieda Klauner on March 11, 1922 in Bonnevoie (Luxembourg City), Luxembourg. She is survived by her husband Raymond, her daughter Diana Brown and three sons Steven, Andrew and Gregory, fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters Traudl Gross and Juilette Castendyck of Germany.
Lisa and Ray kept the family together moving from Germany to the US (east coast) to Japan and finally settling in Lacey, Washington. Lisa was a go-getter. She was a remarkable Avon Sales Associate keeping her business going until her retirement in the 1980s. As a military wife she volunteered in the NCO club, thrift shops on post, and helped with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. She loved animals and devoted her time to Concern for Animals; finding homes for abandoned kittens and heading up fundraising activities. Lisa enjoyed sewing, collecting stamps, reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
