Lucius Charles Fenton II, 48 years of age, passed away unexpectedly on April 4, 2024 in Yelm, Washington. Beloved husband of Michelle Fenton, step-father of Erika Telfer and Jennifer Petroski, brother of Eveyln (Mike) Fenton-Brown and Margo Fenton, grandfather to Evan Petroski and Brody Walters, and favorite uncle to Ana Makihele, Simi “JR” Makihele, Lineni Makihele, Joseph Kobal, Liana Makihele, Gary Kobal Jr., Siosefa “Joe” Makihele, and Zoe Fenton.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Rose Fenton Muth and Dennis Tyrone Fenton, his brother Dennis Tyrone Fenton III, his grandmother Luella Margo Fenton and his nephew Chad Drake Kobal.
Lucius was born on October 31, 1975 in Japan where his father was stationed with the Navy. He graduated from Highlands High School in CA. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (focus of study - Management Information Systems) from Sacramento State University. He graduated from the Sacramento Police Academy and was a Deputy Sheriff for Sacramento county before moving to Washington to serve the public with the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office/Corrections Department for more than 12 years.
There will be a Celebration of Life gathering on Monday, April 15, 2024 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, at Mills & Mills Funeral Home and Memorial Park. We invite all who knew Lucius to attend and share your memories.
