Richard was born to Ann and Charles Pinsky January 31, 1936 in the Township of Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania. Richard made his home on a peaceful hillside in the Capital Forest. His love was being at one with nature. His joy was making friends of the animals who shared the hillside. An Engineer and intellect of world events, Richard enjoyed his daily studies and research. Throughout his life, Richard’s analytical and problem solving mind was an asset to businesses and governments around the world. He was an alum of Penn State University Industrial Engineering class of 1958 and retiree of Booz Allen. Richard, friend and neighbor, will be dearly missed.
