A passionate lover of politics, a skilled debater, and an avid reader, Charles was a man whose intellect and enthusiasm for knowledge shaped his life and the lives of those around him.
Born on June 20, 1977, Charles was a devoted advocate for thoughtful discussion and critical thinking. His love for politics was matched only by his commitment to understanding the complexities of the world. He spent countless hours engaged in political debates, always striving to foster dialogue and a deeper understanding of differing perspectives. Charles was the Chairman for the Libertarian Party of Stanislaus County, and known for his ability to listen, engage, and challenge others to think more critically about the issues that shaped society.
An avid reader, Charles was a lifelong learner, always eager to expand his knowledge on a wide range of topics, turning his attention to anything that caught his eye. His personal library was a testament to his curiosity and thirst for wisdom, and he could often be found immersed in a book, seeking new insights or revisiting old favorites.
Charles is survived by his siblings Letitia Bass, Amber Morrison, Rhonda Villagran, Billy Byrd, and Michelle Byrd, and was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Dorothy Byrd.
Charles will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of engaging with him in spirited debate. He leaves behind a legacy of intellectual rigor and a commitment to the power of conversation in shaping a better world.
