Emily G. Flores

Mrs. Emily G. Flores, age 97 of Turlock “Entered into Rest” on Friday, March 21, 2014 at Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock, CA. She was a homemaker for 65 years and loved to do puzzles, volunteer work and spending time with family and friends She lived in San Diego most of her life and spent many hours doing volunteer work for the Salvation Army until she moved to Turlock 7 years ago. . She was a member of Kings Way Foursquare Church of Turlock. Mrs. Flores is survived by four daughters and one son – Virginia Baldwin of Miami, Florida, Doreen M. Miller of Oakdale, Tennessee, Patricia M. Hopkins of Vancouver, Washington, Linda R. Richardson of Turlock, California, and Gilbert A. Mendoza of Vancouver, Washington. Special Family Friend – Deborah Bookil of Turlock; 19 Grandchildren, 56 Great Grandchildren, and 28 Great-Great Grandchildren. Preceded in death by: Husband – Manuel F. Mendoza, Daughter – Diana I. Navarro , Grandson – Raymond Mendoza and Great Grandson – Jayden Munoz.

Memorial Service – Sunday, March 30, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Service, 286 W. Main St., Turlock.
