Manuel Jr Mello, age 50, of Hilmar California, passed away on Wednesday, November 3rd 2021 at Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock California. He was born on March 21st 1971 in Newman California to Maria Rafaela De Costa and Manuel Sousa Mello.
Manuel is survived by his mother Maria Rafaela De Costa Mello of Turlock; his brother Joe Manuel Mello (Edwina) of Turlock; his sister's Deborah Costa Leonardes (Jorge) Hilmar; Maria Dores Bohnke (Gordon) of Modesto; his grandchildren Brantley Raymond Costa of Hilmar; Audrina Marie Brasil of Hilmar; Hudson Joseph Cobbs of Hilmar; his nephews Gabriel Leonardes, Andre Leonardes, Jeremiah Leonardes and Moises Leonardes all of Hilmar; Emanuel (Shawna) Mello of Nevada; Michael Bohnke of Modesto; a true brother John Hernandez of Modesto
Manuel leaves behind many family members ( aunts, uncles, cousins and friends).
Manuel had two occupations that he loved. One was working on Antonio Teixeira Dairy in Ceres. Which he made wonderful memories he had with Andriano Teixeira. Memories forever. The last occupation was driving semi trucks for Jeff and Kathy Silva from Turlock.
Manuel leaves many of trucking friends behind and the memories they have had with him. His trucking friends will know what this number 88 is for. Manuel leaves many friends and camping friends, and don't forget his biker friends. Manuel had a heart of gold and knew no stranger. Your heartfelt laugh will be remembered forever.
Manuel is preceded in death by his father Manuel Sousa Mello and nephews and neices.
Manuel will have a Recitation of the Rosary followed by Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church located at 2602 S. Walnut Road, Turlock, California.
