Manuel Correia Souza

He leaves behind his wife of 62 years Ida S. Souza of Hilmar, daughter Liz Oliveira of Hilmar, Sons: Manuel C. (Kari) Souza Jr. of Turlock, Tony Souza of Turlock, 8 grandchildren: Julie Akin, John Akin, Mark Oliveira, Jason Oliveira, Mackenzie Souza, Christopher Souza, Trevor Souza and Trent Souza, 2 great-granddaughters: Riley & Quinn Akin, 2 brothers: Lino Sousa of San Jose and Richard Souza of Ontario, 2 sisters: Maria Silveira of Los Banos, and Hermina Avila of Gustine, many brothers and sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.

Manuel was preceded in death by his parents Manuel & Adriana Sousa, son-in-law Gabriel Oliveira, sisters: Ernestina Lemos & Terzinha Faustino, and his brother Carlos Sousa.

A visitation will be held from 1-4 PM Monday, August 21 at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service. Rosary will be held 7 PM at Holy Rosary Catholic Church of Hilmar.

Funeral mass is at 10 AM on Tuesday, August 22 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church of Hilmar. Manuel will be laid to rest at Turlock Memorial Park.
