Ralph is survived by; step-mom Marian Vigil of Turlock, brother Noah Vigil (Cynthia Vigil) of Yuba City; brother Carlos Vigil (Maria Vigil) of Turlock; brother Steven Vigil of Turlock and sister Ruby Rodrigues (Thomas Rodrigues) of Turlock. Ralph is also survived by numerous step-brothers and sisters and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Ralph loved working on cars, he loved his music and he loved to draw.
A Celebration of Life for Ralph will be held Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Whitehurst, Norton, Dias Funeral Service 286 W. Main Street, Turlock, California 95380 from 2pm - 8pm.
