Sandra Jean Trinta

Sandra was born to the late Joe and Esther Puppo in San Jose on June 2, 1936. She grew up in Morgan hill where her family farmed and ranched and where she graduated from Live Oak High School. She was active in 4-H, loved horses and working with and helping her cousin Roxie with sheep. She enjoyed traveling, playing golf, and having good times with her many friends.Sandra is survived by her son Gary McElroy (Tracey), two step sons John Trinta (Diane), Mark Trinta (Kim), sister Joan Labrucherie (Armand), nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Sandra was preceded in death by her first husband the late Dale McElroy of San Jose, and later to her second husband, the late Domingues Trinta of Patterson.

Services will be held Friday January 20th at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral home located at 286 W. Main Street in Turlock CA. Visitation will be at 11:00am with funeral service at 1:00 PM followed by a reception.

Graveside service will be Monday, January 23rd at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery located at 490 Lincoln Street in Santa Clara at 2:00PM

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or the charity of the donor's choice.
