Amos is survived by; cousins Peggy Jane Smalley, Patsy Weaver, Sherry Reeves, Mike Green, Chris Green, Warren Green, Paula Phurrough, Brenda Walker and Steve Green.

Amos was preceded in death by; father Amos Caldwell and mother Vera C. Pollard; sister Rita Jean Caldwell; grandfather Fred Green, grandmother Ida Jane Green, Aunt Bounce (Hayward Hartley), Aunt Eileen (Ward) Osborne, Uncle Roy (Shelia) Green, Uncle Carl Green and Uncle Paul (Betty) Green.

Amos was loved not only by his immediate family but by his extended family at W.D. Partlow and Tammy High's Home CRF. Family would like to thank all those who enriched

Amos's life through their love and support. Special thanks to Tammy High, Rodney High, VOA Ability Alliance and all his care givers. We are so blessed by your devotion

to Amos.
