A graveside service for Gladys will be held Monday, February 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Memory Hill Gardens, 2200 Skyland Blvd East, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35405. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Gladys was preceded in death by her parents , Archie Pinion and Nettie G. Pinion; daughter, Reanee Thomas; sisters Kathleen Byars, Nellie Rea Woods, and Dorene Keating.
She is survived by her sister Della Ruth Atkins .
Gladys attended Berry High School, She worked for A&P Grocery, Family Dollar and Save A Lot.
Honorary pallbearers are Park Manor Nursing Home, Tori Franklin, Erekah Branch, Nikii Davis and Betty Duncan.
