TUSCALOOSA - Janet Geeslin Keeton, age 85, of Tuscaloosa, went home to be with the Lord on February 6, 2016, at Heritage Nursing Home. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 10, 2016, at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with sons, Gary and Jeff Keeton presiding. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens with Memory Chapel Funeral Home & Cremations, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Susie Geeslin; one sister; sevenbrothers; one son, Danny Keeton; and one great-grandchild, Austin Allen. She is survived by her husband, Ray, of 67 years; her sons, Gary and his wife, Sharron, Jeff and his wife, Sherry; seven grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Patrick Keeton, Kevin Boswell, Brandon Jones, Kyle Boswell, Christopher Keeton and Raymond Taylor. Honorary pallbearers are Life Pointe Church of God, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Whitehead, Ms. Ruby McCullar, Dr. James Robinson and staff, friends at North River Village, Heritage Nursing Home and staff and Southern Care Hospice and staff.
