
A graveside service will be held, December 9th, at 11:00 A.M. at Memory Hill Gardens, in Tuscaloosa, Al with Rev. Drew Dockery officiating.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Houston and Lucille Wyatt, wife Bonnie Lowe Wyatt, and brothers, Cotton and Bobby Wyatt.
He is survived by his wife, Stephanie Kahre Sumner Wyatt, brothers, Maurice Wyatt, Charles Wayne
Wyatt (Linda), Bradford Wyatt (Sandra), sister-in-law's Charlotte and Ann Wyatt, sons, Gary Wyatt (Sharon), and Jay Wyatt, step children Heidi Solstice (Ed), Charlotte Culton, and Jim Sumner (Kim), 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Alburn Wyatt was a kindhearted, peaceful man who loved the Lord. He was a lifelong member of Southside Methodist Church where he served for many years. He had a beautiful voice and loved singing for the Lord.
He was an expert craftsman as a carpenter, as well as with other facets of home building, a trade he learned from his father. He worked alongside his brothers for Wyatt Construction. Later he was employed by the Maintenance Department at Shelton State Community College until his retirement.
Paw Paw loved his family and he loved people. He would sit and talk with anyone who would sit and talk with him. He loved to fish and loved to play jokes. His sweet spirit will be missed from this earth, until we meet again.
Pallbearers are David Wyatt, Mark Garner, Wyatt Garner, Pete King, Blake Jackson, and Jim Sumner.
Honorary pallbearers are Eddie Jackson and the Staff of Heritage Healthcare Center and Members of Southside Methodist Church.
