Kari Mae Hampton

Kari Mae Hampton was a beloved mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend. Kari lost her battle to brain cancer on April 23,2021 at age 61. Kari was an employee at Mercedes in Vance Alabama. She loved and enjoyed her work and work family. She also enjoyed traveling and was looking forward to retiring to spend time with her family especially her grandchildren and traveling more often. She was born November 20,1959 in California and lived in serval different place before landing her job at Mercedes and making her new home in Tuscaloosa 10 years ago.

Kari is survived by her son Andrew Coyner (Stephanie) Granddaughters Megan Ellenburg, Brooke Ellenburg, Mackenzie Coyner, and Bristol Coyner Great granddaughter Melanie Reid Sister Sherri Anna (Clint) Niece Cassie Heredia (Benny) Nephew Dustin Johnson (Kristiina) 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews and Her dear friends Elaine and Tom Erickson.

A Celebration of life service will be held for all her family and friends on May 8, 2021 at 11:00 am in the Chapel at Heritage Chapel Funeral Home & Cremations, A Dignity Memorial Provider.
