A private service will be held with Memory Chapel Funeral Home handling arrangements.
Ms. Clark was preceded in death by her mother, Carrie Hoggle Swindle; father, James Malcom Swindle; sister, Shirley Dean Wise; brother, Roscoe Swindle; and great-grandson, Jett Ace Toxey.
She is survived by her daughter, Ruth Darlene Clark; son, Jesse Paul Clark; daughter-in-law, Kathryn Clark; sisters, Wanda Lewis, Carrie Berryhill, Mary Reeves, and Judy Griffin; grandchildren, Saylem Easter, Landon Clark, Savanna Clark, Jennifer Anderson, and Adam Clark; and Bobbie Swindle.
Ms. Clark gave her life to make her kid’s lives better. She was a loyal employee of the University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa) and H&R Block; she retired from both. She was a beautiful, strong lady with a big heart.
