Rick was born December 21, 1956 in Mississippi to the late Gayle Leister Snipes and Doris Dickerson Snipes. You won't find a person more kindhearted, giving, and self-less as Rick. He loved the Lord and loved his family more than anything in the world. He didn't have much, but would give you everything he had. He fought Cancer for so long, but the Lord saw fit to take him home.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Jill Snipes and two brothers Jerry Snipes and Ken Snipes. He is survived by his wife Telicia Morris Snipes; two sons Justin Snipes and Joshua Snipes; sister Anne (Denny) Mashburn and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
