NORTHPORT – Salena Tate St. John, age 55, of Northport, died April 25, 2016. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2016, at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Memory Chapel Funeral Home & Cremations, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. prior to services at the funeral home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Randall Keith St. John; great-uncle, Preston O. Tate; and grandparents, Sheldon Tate and Alcie Tate. Survivors include her daughter, April Proudfoot (David) of Celebration, Fla.; sons, Jason St. John (Brenda) of Rainsville, Ala.; parents, James G. Tate (Doris) of Samantha, Ala. and Johnnie Morris (Tommy) of Northport; brother, Dennis Tate of Northport; grandchild, Paxton Proudfoot; and great-aunt, Lorene Tate. Pallbearers will be Chuck E.
