Sandra L. Clark, age 59, of Tuscaloosa Ala., passed away on April 14, 2014. Services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, April 17, 2014 at Memory Chapel with Major Jack Vaughn (Ret) officiating and Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Grover Cleveland Clark and Lillian Clark; and her brothers Phillip and Robert Clark. She is survived by her sons, Phillip Andre Clark and James Kevin Clark (Jayme); brother Bobby Clark (Terri); her grandchildren, Phillip Andre Clark, Jr., and Cameron Clark Howard; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family. Honorary Pallbearers will be MICU at DCH Medical Center, Salvation Army Women's Aux, Advisory Board and Church Family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Sandra Clark Memorial Fund, 1601 University Blvd. E., Tuscaloosa, AL 35404.
