Sandra Kizziah

Sandra Kizziah, age 69, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama passed away on Monday, December 11, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be held at Memory Chapel Funeral Home on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 11:00 am with burial to follow at Enterprise Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, Rufus E.D. Kizziah; parents, Stanley J. Norris and Mary Elizabeth Norris; siblings, Anne Smith, Mike Norris and Pat Sanford; grandson, Danny Austin Eades.

She is survived by her sons, Rufus J. Kizziah (Stacie) and Jeremy D. Kizziah; grandchildren, Eric M. Kizziah (Jessica), Jonathan N. Kizziah (Hannah) and Dylan R. Eades.

Pallbearers will be Rufus J. Kizziah, Eric M. Kizziah, Jonathan N. Kizziah and Dylan R. Eades. Honorary pallbearers are Aspire.

Sandra graduated from the University of Alabama in 1990. She was a school teacher at Skyland Elementary. She married the love of her life, Rufus Kizziah on February 26, 1971. She enjoyed serving as a Sunday School teacher as well as playing/ teaching piano. She was a loving mother to her two sons and grandmother to her 4 grandchildren. She would be so happy to learn that we are expecting her first great grandchild. Sandra will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
