Dorothy enjoyed being with people and joining in many different activities including luncheons, afternoons of Mexican Train, and quilting, crossword puzzles and sudoku. She was smart and capable but dismissed any kind of praise that might be given her with a shrug and a change of subject. She had an open and friendly nature and a sense of humor that allowed her to laugh heartily--even at herself.
