Joan passed away Monday, June 21 at her home in Tyler. She was born on August 30, 1929 in Pittsburgh, PA.
Joan was a faithful follower of Christ, attended church regularly and enjoyed all of her friends every Tuesday for the church's "Quilting Group." She was a devoted wife, mother of three, grandmother of seven and a great-grandmother of three.
She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 60 years, Paul G. Fleck and her grandson, Adam P. Zulick.
She is survived by her daughter, Paula D. Jackson and her husband Lonnie A.; sons, Gary S. Fleck and wife Linda J. of Kentucky, Bill V. Fleck and Ashlee Rink of Colorado; grandchildren Christopher Fleck and his wife Tracy, Jessica Fleck, Rebekah Reed and her husband Chris, Cameron Fleck, Devon Fleck and Ashleigh Fleck. Joan is also survived by three great-grandchildren, Clara, Anna and Ryan.
If desired, memorials may be made to the Our Saviors Lutheran Church "Quilters."
