Rudolph "Rudy" Bailey, aged 75, died Tuesday April 9, 2012 at his home
in Whitehouse, Texas after a lengthy illness. Mr. Bailey was born in
February 1937 to Lonell and Myrtle Bailey and is survived by brother and
spouse Hank and Deborah Bailey of Minnesota, son and spouse Michael and
Donna Bailey of Whitehouse, Texas, two granddaughters Lauren and Rebecca
Bailey, and beloved nieces, nephews and friends.
Mr. Bailey was preceded in death by sisters Bobby Nell and Nettie Jean,
and brothers Robert Wayne, Billy Clyde, and Thomas Glen.
A memorial service is scheduled for April 28, 2012 at 11:00 am at the
Tyler Memorial Funeral Home in Tyler, Texas. In lieu of flowers the
family would appreciate donations to PATH, hospice or other charitable
foundations in Rudy's name -- a fitting tribute for a man who was known
for his charity.
