Francesca was born on June 28, 1957, in Westerly, Rhode Island, to Katherine (Rudy) Sacco and Raymond Sacco.
She grew up in the community of Misquamicut, where she formed lifelong roots and memories.
Francesca was a hardworking and independent woman who owned and operated her own cleaning business. She took great pride in her work and truly loved her clients.
She found joy in life’s simple pleasures—arts and crafts, gardening, music, long days at the beach, and spending meaningful time with those she loved. Francesca especially cherished her years living in Sterling, which held a special place in her heart.
Above all else, Francesca adored her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother whose grandchildren were her greatest joy. Her love for them was endless, and time spent together was what she treasured most.
Francesca had a remarkably big heart. She was kind, generous, and always willing to help anyone in need. Her warmth and compassion left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
She is survived by her daughters, Kristel Yanez and her husband Oscar Yanez, and Stephanie Davis and her husband Anthony Bachand; her beloved grandchildren Tyler Yanez, Chris Kokinakis, Bella Bachand, Izabella Yanez, and Anthony Jr. Bachand; her sister Elizabeth Sacco; and her nephew Nicholas Sacco.
Francesca was predeceased by her husband Russell Mirante; her daughter Katie Mirante; her longtime partner Andrew Davis, with whom she shared many loving years following Russell’s passing; her parents Katherine and Raymond Sacco; and her brother Peter Sacco.
Francesca’s legacy of love, kindness, and selflessness will live on through her family and all who were touched by her beautiful spirit.
