Joanne R Michna

She was born in New London on July 30th, 1959 to Joseph F. Michna and Gloria T. Johnson

Joanne made the most of her life as a housewife and mom, caring and giving constantly. Her greatest joy in life was being with family and friends, all of whom meant so much to her.

Joanne and Dennis were together since 1983 and were married in their Quaker Hill home in 2007.

She is survived by her husband Dennis, mother; Gloria, children; Brendan Michna, Dylan Misner, Miranda Michna, Cheyenne Squires and Heather Bergman, brother; Joseph Michna, sister; Leslie Schneider, 3 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Joseph Michna.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations directly to the family to assist with funeral expenses.

There will be a calling hour on Sunday, January 18th from 1pm - 2pm at the Montville Funeral Home of Church & Allen, 53 Norwich-New London Tnpk., Uncasville, CT with a Memorial Service beginning at 2pm. Burial is private at the convenience of the family.
