Michael George Morgan

Michael was born on May 23, 1957, in Mohawk, NY, the son of the late George and Constance (Smith) Morgan. He graduated from Mohawk High School in 1975, and later moved to New London where he met his former wife, the late Tonia Tudisca. They had one child, Matthew Morgan.

He was an active member of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades, District Council #11 for 27 years. An avid yachtsman, Michael spent many summers living on his boat on the Thames River. He loved nothing more than having his family and friends aboard for trips to Block Island and Watch Hill. Michael also loved his Harley Davidson motorcycles, and could be found riding around southeastern CT or at many charity events and rides over the years.

In addition to his son, Michael is survived by two grandchildren, Marina and Macie Morgan, and a daughter-in-law, Christine Nowak of Waterford.
