Theodore Bourez

Uncasville-Theodore Bourez Jr., born May 4, 1933 in East Hartford to the late Theodore Sr. and May (Brooks) Bourez, died peacefully at Backus Hospital surrounded by his family and his loving wife Patricia (Peters) Bourez.

In addition to his wife, Ted is survived by a son John and his wife Lisa, a son Josh and his wife Crystal, a son David, a daughter Brenda and her husband Mike, a daughter Carla, a daughter Linda and a daughter Margaret. He is predeceased by his loving son Steven.

Ted had many grandchildren and great grandchildren who saw him every day and will miss him. They include Thomas, Brie, Savanna, Zach, Josh, Ted, Tom, Luke, Alex, Ben, Paula, Buffy and Heather. He also leaves behind his best friend Ed Harrison among many others who he worked with at the Mohegan Sun.

The family wishes to give special thanks to Jackie Bochese who stayed by their side through these times and to all of the CCU nurses who showed Ted and his family TLC throughout the week.

Family and friends may visit the Montville Funeral Home of Church and Allen, Route 32, Montville on Saturday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his honor to the American Diabetes Association.
