Annette G. Schmidt Morri

Annette G. Morri, 82, of Union City, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Bronson Battle Creek. She was born May 4, 1930 in Detroit to Karl and Hedwig (Hansen) Schmidt. She married Fino Morri on June 5, 1948 in Taylor, Michigan. He preceded her in death.

Annette was raised and resided in the Detroit area until moving to Union City in 1989. She worked in the office of U. S. Steel for 15 years. Annette enjoyed working in her garden and spending time with her dogs.

She is survived by daughters; Diane (Allen) Conley, Denise Morri, a son; Michael (David Conine) Morri, granddaughters; Jamie Dagenais, Jennifer (Eric) Herman, Lindsay Morri-Faber, great granddaughter; Paige Faber, great grandson; Broc Moore. Annette was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Fino and sister; Greta Smith.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 15, 2013 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Putnam Funeral Home in Union City. Funeral services will take place Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Putnam Funeral Home in Union City with Father Dan Doctor officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Union City.

Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association. Envelopes are available at the Funeral Home.
