Florence Jane Hoffman

Florence was born in Linden, NJ and resided in Union for 68 years. She was an active member and Deacon at Connecticut Farms Presbyterian Church, Union as well as a member of the Women’s Association. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Beloved wife of 68 years to Charles O. Hoffman Jr. Loving mother of Susan Tobin and her husband James, Robert Hoffman and his partner Linda Durning, and the late Kenneth Hoffman and his wife the late Mary. Dear grandmother of Danielle Wolf and her husband Marc, Christine Friese and her husband Neil, Kelly Hamilton and her husband Eric, Megan Hoffman, Brian Hoffman and his wife Sarah, Jamie Hoffman, Kevin Tobin and his wife Jacklyn, and Katie Ballard and her husband Robert. Adoring great-grandmother of Daveigh and Samantha Wolf, Andrew and Owen Hamilton, Ayla Nahrebny-Hoffman, Alina and James Tobin, and Kristin and Erin Ballard.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 25th from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave., Union. A funeral service will take place on Monday, September 26th at 11 AM at Connecticut Farms Presbyterian Church, Union, with interment to follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
