George W. Jones III

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of George on Thursday, December 18, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 19, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Genevieve Church, 200 Monmouth Road, Elizabeth, NJ. Entombment will follow at the Garden of Memories Mausoleum in Washington Township, New Jersey.

George was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Mary Jones. He is survived by his devoted father, George W. Jones Jr.; his loving sisters, Jacqueline Consales and Karen Sidoti; his brothers-in-law, Christopher Consales and Jeff Sidoti; and his cherished niece and nephews, Christian, Julia, Jeffrey, and Nicholas. George was an avid animal lover and especially adored his cat, Lacey.

He will always be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and his ability to light up any room as the life of the party. George greatly enjoyed spending time with family and friends throughout New Jersey, as well as at the family vacation home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.George Winthrop Jones III will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his warmth, compassion, and the lasting impact he made on all who knew him.
