Henry Gardy Joseph

Henry Gardy Joseph, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on November 23, 2025, at the age of 66. He was born on October 7, 1959, and was raised in Haiti. He was formerly married and was the devoted father of two children.

Henry was a kind, funny, and hardworking man who dedicated his career to public service as a bus driver for the City of Evansville. Through his work, he touched many lives with his dependability, kindness and commitment to his community.

Henry enjoyed spending time with his friends and sharing laughter and good company.

Henry is survived by his loving children, Nadgey Joseph, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Kevin Joseph. He is also survived by his sisters, Adele Frederick and Hedney Joseph; and his nieces and nephews, Jean-Bernard Joseph, Yveda Joseph, Yves Randy Joseph, Valerie Joseph, Francesco Joseph, Kathleen Baptiste, Marlynn Germain, Carine Germelus, Gabrielle Joseph, Cynthia Joseph, Lunie Joseph, Sherley Labossiere, Bradney Jean Baptiste, Ludney Jean Baptiste, and Jennie Gedeus.

At the time of his passing, Henry resided in Evansville, Indiana. He will be remembered for his strength, perseverance and the love he held for his family.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church, 971 Suburban Road, Union, NJ, 07083.
