Jerome A. Yerich

Born in Newark, NJ, March 26, 1942 to the late Marie (Reznak) and Louis Yerich. Jerry was the fourth of six sons. He lived his early life in various places in NJ but eventually settled in Fort Lauderdale, FL where he lived in what he called his “tropical paradise” right on the Ft. Lauderdale Beach. Jerry moved to Palm Springs, CA for a short time but returned to Fort Lauderdale. Jerry was known for his elaborate parties where he would entertain his guests with karaoke, food and drink. Jerry spent most of his career working as a driver for his uncle Abe’s newspaper, New York News Dealers.

Jerry is predeceased by his life partner Rick, his parents, Marie and Louis Yerich, and his brothers, Leonard, Richard, Jacob, Raymond and Martin.

He is survived by many friends and family, including his nieces and nephews that will miss him dearly.
