

She was born in Elizabeth, NJ and was a lifelong resident of Elizabeth and Union before moving to Manalapan, New Jersey six years ago.
Patricia loved to travel, and spend time with her family. She was devoted to her faith and was a Eucharistic Minister at Holy Spirit Church in Union, NJ for many years. She derived great satisfaction from ministering to the sick and bringing Communion to the homebound, along with home-baked treats and warm conversation
She was predeceased by her loving husband Richard, her parents Dominic and Mary (nee Griffin) Lombardie, a sister Mary Jane Dwyer and a brother Thomas Lombardie.
Patricia is survived by her three children: Thomas and his wife Fran Wraback, Michael and his wife Barbara Wraback, and Patricia Ann and her husband Wayne Letwink, seven grandchildren Thomas, Christopher, Elizabeth and her husband Tristan, Catherine, Maria, Ryan and Kathryn as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was a person of strong conviction, deep faith and someone who overcame significant physical setbacks later in life while maintaining her caring spirit and loving devotion to her children and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed and remembered fondly by all who knew and loved her.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the McCracken Funeral Home, located at 1500 Morris Ave, Union, NJ 07083, on February 13, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A mass of Christian burial will be held at the Holy Spirit Church, Union, NJ on February 14, 2026, at 10:30 followed by interment at Saint Gertrude Cemetery Colonia, NJ.
