Rich, although I knew you for what seemed like a short amount of time, you were one of the best friends I ever had and I will never forget you.

My condolences to Richard's family.  I was very saddened by the news of Richard's passing.  He grew up with my daughter and her circle of friends.  I know he is missed already.  He touched all their lives as he was a caring, loving and funny young man.  I am sure God has raised him into his kingdom.

The last time I saw Richie was at his swimming pool birthday party at his grandfather's house in Jackson. Through the years his family and mine did not loose contact. I was so shocked and saddened when I heard the tragic news. Richie thank you for the memories. You are in my prayers and may you rest in eternal peace.

Richard has touched lives all over the world, his online family knew him as Auese.  He was always a source of laughter and wonderful information.  I will forever miss the long and sometimes quirky conversations.  I wish I could be there to pay my respects but unfortunately I am unable to leave work and travel at this time.  My deepest condolences go out to his family and to his friends that he knew in person.

So shocked and saddened to hear the tragic news. This really makes us stop and take a moment to see how very precious and fragile life is. Never take it for granted.

The David family is a part of my family. Neneng is like my sister. When I heard about what happened with Richie,  I was in shock, could not believe it. I thought I was having a bad dream. It was very sad and life is really not fair. How could he be taken away so young? He was full of life, kind, very nice, funny, a good son and brother. I always admire how he took good care of Aren. The last time I saw him in August, he was talking about school. Richie will be terribly missed. The future is not the same without him, but, we need to pray and even though it is difficult and painful, we must accept and continue to do  what is best for everyone else. Richie is now at peace and with God. Love from me and my family..

He was 20, my sister's oldest child, died in a car accident. 
It's moments like this that are a complete slap in the face.  There is the back and forth between disbelief and nausea.  A 20 year old is supposed to live like no tomorrow, but today had a different plan.
We are beyond heartbroken, and we are trying to understand and accept.
But it all seems so very, very wrong and unnatural.
I ask of everyone that at this moment, take the time to stop and tell all those who you love in this world that you love them.  Whether it be a child, a parent, a spouse, a lover, a friend or family member, let them know their importance in your world, because your world can change in an instance.

I am married to Richards mothers cousin, Ning. Richie has always always inspired me to be kind and loving. We have always gravitated towards each other and stuck together at every family gathering. Richie has left us all so many loving memories, as he will never be forgotten. Thank you Ritchie for touching our lives and hearts with your kind warmth and love. Only God knows why you had to leave us so soon, but he must have a good reason.
