Thomas E. Dotegowski , 65, of Union, NJ passed away suddenly on May 5, 2012 at Somerset Medical Center after living comfortably for a few months at Potomac Homes for Alzheimer's care. Thomas worked as a Senior Product Manager for Alcatel Lucent Technologies in Warren, NJ for 33 years. He was a Vietnam War veteran, purple heart recipient. Thomas was a frequent customer at The Garden Restaurant in Union where he was known as "AT&T Tom" and where he also met his wife.
A funeral service will be held at the McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ on Friday May 11th at 6:30PM. Family and friends may call Friday from 3-6:30 PM. Thomas is predeceased by his mother Alice Dotegowski and father Anthony Dotegowski. He is survived by his wife Pamela Dotegowski. He is also survived by his step-daughter Karin Marcantonio, his grandchildren Daniel Reynoso, Robert Marcantonio, and Tierney Marcantonio, his sister Marilyn Dotegowski and her husband Charles Rosen, and his aunt Loretta Figel.
