Bertha Maria Gomez

April 15, 1925 – September 11, 2023

Bertha Gomez of Alta Loma, Ca. passed away peacefully at the age of 98.

She is survived by one sister, Guadalupe Sanchez-Saldana and

Her children, Herb (Frances) Gomez, Frank (Stephanie) Gomez, and

Maria (Larry) Trudeau. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, and 12 Great-Grandchildren, she was preceded in death by her husband Herbert Gomez

Bertha was born in Mina, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Maria Gonzalez- Sanchez and Octavio Sanchez.

She immigrated along with her husband and young family to the U.S., in 1958.

She was especially devoted to her family, being a full- time homemaker, she loved attending church, she was a devoted, life- long Catholic. She enjoyed taking family vacations and reuniting with her family in Mexico. She enjoyed watching the telenovelas and soccer and football, she enjoyed listening

To the old Mexican singers, Pedro Infante, Jorge Negrete, Vincente Fernandez and Antonio Aguilar.

She will be greatly missed by her family.

Visitation: Wednesday, October 4, from 1:30-5:00
