Hortencia Urena Baldivia

She was cared for by her loving, Great-granddaughter, Marissa Lopez, and Marissa's boyfriend Carlos Lira, Who was like a great-grandson to her.

Hortencia was born in Etiwanda, California on November 13, 1938, and attended Chaffey High School in Ontario, California. She was the fourth child of 3 daughters born to Francisco and Bernarda Urena. She was preceded in death be her devoted husband Nicholas Baldivia Jr. , her daughter, Joanne Lopez and her two sons, Michael Lopez and Steven Lopez.

She loved shopping at Macy's eating out at restaurants and going to the movies to snack on her popcorn. She enjoyed cooking, Bowling and river trips. Ortie was in her element being the hostess at all he family events from holiday festivities to Super Bowl parties. She could always be found in the center of music, dancing, and laughter.

Hortencia is survived by her daughter, Monica Stephenson and her brother, Ernest " Frank " Urena. She Was Blessed with 4 Children, 10 Grandchildren 21 great-grandchildren With 3 more on the way, 2 great-great-grandchildren, 2 goddaughters and 2 crazy, sweet cats. She is at peace in the hose of the Lord, and will be forever missed, always loved and her memory will live on strong in the hearts of all her family and friends. We love you Ortie!

Memorial Services will be held Friday, July 1, 2022 At Stones Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. Followed by graveside services at Bellevue Memorial Park at 1:00 p.m.
