Kathleen Virginia Gutierrez, lovingly known as Kay or Nana, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2025, in Upland, California, at the age of 75. She bravely battled Multiple Sclerosis in the years leading up to her passing.
Born on January 4, 1949, in Phoenix, AZ, Kay dedicated 25 years of her life working at Southern California Edison before retiring. In her spare time, she enjoyed her passions of cross-stitching, playing bingo, reading, gambling, and traveling. However, her greatest love was her family, whom she considered her biggest blessing. Above all, Kay had a strong love for the Lord, and her faith was an integral part of her life.
Kay is survived by her three children, seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren, all of whom will remember her love and devotion. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Juan Gutierrez, and grandson, Francisco Gutierrez, who she is now reunited with in Heaven.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
