Leland (Lee) Fermin Stanford passed away peacefully at his home in Upland, California, on July 13th, 2018. In his 85 years, Lee lived a very full life, and was loved by friends and family alike. He was a resident of Upland for the past 53 years, and belonged to local chapters of the Elks and Masons. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean war, and worked as an electrical engineer for 37 years until his retirement in 1992. His love of classical guitar, camping, history, ham radio, westerns, and traveling, was shared with all who knew him. He is survived by: Carol, his loving wife of 65 years, his children Richard and Theresa, son-in-law Rick, siblings Harrold, Dennis, and Barbara, grandchildren Jessica, Daniel, and Michael, and great-grandchildren Chloe, Zoey, Alexis, and Mikey. He will be deeply missed by his family, his dog Sheba, and all of the wonderful friends that shared his life.
