Manuel Dominguez Jr.

He was a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather.

His life began on August 13, 1938, in Carlsbad, New Mexico as the child of Manuel F. Dominguez and Emilia Navarrete. He grew up in Visalia, CA where he graduated from Mt. Whitney High School.

Having enlisted in the United States Navy where he served as a seaman radio officer from 1956-1960, his duty stations were Midway Island and Port Hueneme, California

Upon being honorably discharged, he moved to Visalia, CA and where he began a career as a television technician for Sears, Roebuck and Company

He married his wife Arcilia Alvarado on August 30, 1958, and was wedded for 67 years.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Vanessa Granillo, his son Gary Dominguez and his sister Elvira Dominguez.

He is survived by his wife Arcilia, two sons Richard Dominguez (wife Cherie) and Glen Dominguez (wife Raquel), his sister Socorro Garcia, in addition to 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be celebrated as follows:
