passed away on October 4th, 2011 in his home on his 69th year. He was born January 20th, 1942 in England, resident of Alta Loma for thirty five years. He is survived by his wife, of forty nine years, Patricia Jenkins and his brother Malcolm Jenkins, who lives in England. His children: Paula Jenkins of Alta Loma and Michael Jenkins, also of Alta Loma. He will be missed by his five grandchildren, "Papa don't forget to take off your shoes and don't slam the door on your way up to heaven. We love you and miss you dearly"; Miranda Jenkins, Jessica and Jacob Jenkins, Larissa and Amy Armstrong. Other members of the family include Tammy Jenkins and Kevin Armstrong both of Alta Loma.
Mike was a member of the Pomona Valley Model Airplane Club; he enjoyed building, flying and crashing his model airplanes with friends from the club. Mike will sadly be missed by his family, friends and neighbors. Memorial services will be held at Stone Funeral Home in Upland Friday, October 14th at 11:00 AM.
