Teresa was born November 15, 1931 to Mateo and Marcelena Juarez of Upland and was one of twelve children. She is survived by her Daughter Katherine Marie Meza, her Son Richard R. Hernandez. Five Grandchildren, three Great Grandchildren. Sisters Amelia J. Andrade of Ontario, Mary Lou Senteno of Upland, Frances J. Castellano of Moreno valley, Brothers Leo Juarez of Upland and Gregory Juarez of Junction City, Oregon.
On Wednesday, September 1, 2021 there will be a Visitation at 9:00 AM and Rosary Service at 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM Funeral Mass will be held at St Josephs Catholic Church, 877 N Campus Ave, Upland, CA 91786.
A committal service will occur Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, 7845 Santiago Road, Orange, CA 92869.
