Terry Lynn Parker West

Terry Lynn Parker West, age 49, of Valdese, passed away on Sunday, September 26th 2010. Terry was born the daughter of the late Gene Parker and Rosa Irene Flynn Parker on February 15th 1961 in McDowell County. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend. Terry will be greatly missed.

Along with her parents, Terry is preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Lowery.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Dale J. West of the home; two sons, Dale Jason West II and Christopher Harold West, both of Valdese; two sisters, Daisy Salas and her husband, David, and Gail McIntosh and her husband, Everett, both of Marion; and two brothers, Archie Hall and his wife, Debbie, and James Hall and his wife, Sandra, both of Marion.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 30th 2010 in the Chapel of Valdese Family Funeral Care with Rev. Micah Piercy officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
