Billy J. Miller, 77, of Van Buren, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2016 in Fort Smith. He was born November 25, 1938 in Fort Smith to the late Arthur and Grace Miller. He was retired from Rheem Manufacturing, and served in the U.S. Army. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Jo Keeton, and three brothers, Robert, Jimmie Ray, and Cecil Miller.
He is survived by a former wife, Doris Marie Miller of Van Buren; two daughters, Maria Clevenger and husband Alan of Alma, and Annlujean Vaughn and husband Clint of Fort Smith; a sister, Doris Sellers and husband Don of Van Buren; three grandchildren, Carol, Lisa, and Taylor Vaughn; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 19, 2016 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
The family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 18, 2016, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
