Blake Lewis, 77, of Mountainburg, passed away Friday, December 3, 2021 at his home. He was born December 6, 1943 in Ogden, Utah. He was a retired sea captain, a member of a boat club, and loved Jeeps.
He was preceded in death by his father, Melvin Lewis; and two sisters, Bonnie Bruhns and Suzanne Lewis.
He is survived by his mother, Alifair “Allie” Lewis of Mountainburg; a sister, Becky Tufts of Rogers; and a brother, Tom Lewis of Mountainburg.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Alma City Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be family members.
Viewing will be from noon to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
