Chad & Linda Pagel

Chad Pagel, 32, of Van Buren, died, Saturday, January 29, 2011 in a local hospital. He was born April 4, 1978 in Van Buren, Arkansas. He was a master electrician, an ordained minister, and a member of Shibley Baptist Church. Following in his death, his wife, Linda Pagel, passed away. He is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Homer and Vair Pitchford; as well as two brothers, David Pagel and Shawn Harp. He is survived by four sons, Chadwick Pagel, Jr. of the home, Nick Pagel of the home, Druu Pagel of the home, and Seth Pagel of the home; his mother, Donna Harp of Van Buren, AR; two brothers, Wade Pagel of Russellville, AR and Tim Faubus of Springdale, AR.

Linda Pagel, 35, of Van Buren, Arkansas, died Sunday, January 30, 2011 in Van Buren. She was born July 4, 1975 in Sulphur, Louisiana. She was a real estate broker for Pagel Real Estate and a member of Shibley Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chad Pagel; her father, Doyle J. Webb; maternal grandfather, Warn Roach; and her paternal grandparents, Grady and Dorothy Brown.

She is survived by four sons, Chadwick Pagel, Jr. of the home, Nick Pagel of the home, Druu Pagel of the home, and Seth Pagel of the home; her parents, Joe Sr. and Janet Brown of Alma, AR; six brothers, Joe Brown, Jr of Van Buren, AR, Doyle Webb of PA, Matthew Brown of Dyer, AR, Keith Brown of Alma, AR, David Brown of Fort Smith, AR, and Bryan Brown of Malvern, AR; paternal grandparents, Ray and Jan Gandy of Sulphur, LA and Bud and Joy Webb of Galveston, TX; and her maternal grandmother, Mary McLlean of West Lake, LA.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, February 4, 2011 at Butterfield Assembly of God Church in Van Buren with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jason Harms, Jason Phillips, Jonathan Phillips, Matt Merechka, Aaron Matthews, Derek Barlow, Travis Rowe, and Ron Guilbeau.

The family will visit with friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, February 3, 2011 at Butterfield Assembly of God Church, 1302 North 30th Street, Van Buren, AR.
