Dr. David Spicer, 62, of Fort Smith, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2016 in Fort Smith, AR. He was born June 19, 1954 in Riverside, CA to the late George and Loretta Spicer. He was a Doctor of Chiropractic and the owner of Dr. Dave’s Chiropractic Clinic. He worked with natural medicines, and was a musician. He was preceded in death by a sister, Giny Spicer.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Spicer of the home; four daughters, Rachel Scarborough of Aledo, TX, Anna Spicer of Tulsa, Tara King of Fort Smith, and Amy Minden of Greenwood; two sons, Joshua David Spicer of Tulsa, and Todd Berkley of Fort Smith; two brothers, Dale and Danny Spicer, both of Fort Smith; and nine grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 29, 2016 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
The family will visit with friends from 1:00 p.m. to the service hour, Friday, July 29, 2016, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
