Gertrude Johnson, 83, of Natural Dam, AR, died Monday, August 27, 2012 in Van Buren, AR. She was born October 16, 1928 in Coal City, Arkansas. She was a member of Grandview Assembly of God in Natural Dam, AR.

She is survived by her husband, William D Johnson; four sons, David DeMichael “Mike” Johnson of Dallas, TX, Stephen Randall Johnson of Seneca, MO, Daniel Dean Johnson of Natural Dam, AR and John “Stacy” Johnson of Rudy, AR; a sister, Delores Reed of Natural Dam, AR; nine grandchildren, Crystal Johnson, Shawn Johnson, Ryan Johnson, Kevin Johnson, Tyler Johnson, Colton Johnson, Casey Johnson, Carrington Johnson and Kaylee Johnson; nine great grandchildren, Aubrie Johnson, Jordyn Johnson, Kaelynn Johnson, Addison Johnson, Sydney Johnson, Brody Johnson, Gabriel Johnson, Hunter Johnson and Logan Jackson.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 31, 2012 at Grandview Assembly of God in Natural Dam, AR with burial at Hall Cemetery in Natural Dam, AR, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Johnson, Kevin Johnson, Tyler Johnson, Shawn Johnson, Colton Johnson and Casey Johnson.

The family will visit with friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday, August 30, 2012 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
