James Allen Rush, II, 83, of Van Buren, passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2022. He was born August 17, 1939 in Durant, OK to late Jay and Goldie (Teal) Rush. He served in the U.S. Army and was the owner/operator of Rush’s Body Shop.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Angela Williams; and a son, Allen Rush.
He is survived by his companion, Mildred Higgins of the home; a son, Matt Rush of Hackett; fourteen grandchildren, and twenty-six great-grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
